Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, January 9. Marlena will receive devastating news about Kate’s unfortunate death.
And she now struggles with the harsh reality that she and Kayla won’t survive for much longer. Marlena is running out of time, and she will now have an emotional conversation with Eric Brady. However, Eric urges the woman to fight for her life, while he points a gun to Kristen.
He’ll have no other option but to take out the big guns and demand answers about the missing orchid. He will refuse to believe that the she-devil lost it, and knows nothing.
After a heated showdown, Eric has to accept the harsh reality that Kristen is speaking the truth. While that happens, Marlena’s loved ones will gather around in her final moments in the soap series.
Meanwhile, Lucas will explode at Orpheus at Statesville after he learns about the death of Kate. He will blame Orpheus for his mom’s unfortunate tragedy.
And that’s when John intervenes to stop the fight, and comfort Lucas over the recent loss. However, the shocker will drive Lucas over the edge, and he goes back to drinking in the aftermath.
The spoilers reveal that Orpheus will make a shocking offer that’s bound to trouble Lucas. Orpheus got his hands on some forbidden booze, and this will send Lucas drifting back to his drinking ways.

All the while, Chad makes a desperate effort to reach Stephanie to inform her about Kayla’s situation. However, Alex will decline the important call without knowing as to why Chad was calling.
Alex and Stephanie will hit the sheets while Kayla takes her last breath at the hospital. Stephanie will eventually know about that and she’ll rush back to see her mom.
However, it’s too late as Kayla will have already died in the soap series. Stephanie will be devastated over the fact that she could not say her goodbye to Kayla.
So, Monday’s episode will feature an emotional rollercoaster for many in Salem. With the triple-death storyline, many will have their hearts broken with the unfortunate loss.
