On January 20, as Marlena’s friends and family watch helplessly, she will experience a rapid decline in health. She will soon experience heart failure, so it will be a near-death moment for her.
Fortunately, the doctors will get her heart beating again, and she’ll get some more time to spend with the people she cherishes. As for Belle, she is going to make a rush to the hospital to be with her mother in this final moment.
Belle will struggle to cope with the thought of losing Marlena and will curl up next to her in bed. It’s good that they will have enough time to say a proper goodbye.
Elsewhere, Jada and Rafe recently got updates on Kristen’s confession tape, so they won’t be willing to waste any time looking for her. However, she plans to leave Salem with Rachel, whom she doesn’t want to lose again.
It might not be long before Rafe and Jada figure out that Kristen is likely to make an escape. She can be with Rachel only if she takes her away with her. But it seems that her attempt to make an exit will be ruined since Jada and Rafe will find her in time.
As a result, her scheme could go in vain. Kristen will not be able to get away with Rachel, as she had planned, but rather will be caught and taken into police custody.

As for Jada and Rafe, they will be proud of themselves and believe that Kristen will pay the price for her actions. They are looking forward to seeing her behind bars again.
Thus, she will inform EJ about everything that went down and hope to pressure him into helping her out of this situation. But it is possible that he won’t do anything to help her. So let’s see what Kristen will do once she is cornered and becomes desperate to stay out of legal trouble.
