On January 18, Steve will send a package to Rafe that is going to be special. Earlier at the DiMera estate, Steve tried to choke Kristen, which led to some drama.
But his true intention was to set up a hearing device and secretly record a statement in order to learn where the orchid was concealed. While Kristen was aware that Kayla and Kate would have been cured if she had just handed them the orchid, she didn’t.
Steve will now provide the cops with the taped confession he obtained. dada and Rafe will aim to arrest Kristen shortly once they have received updates on the most recent findings.
Meanwhile, Chloe will vent her wrath on Kristen for her involvement in Stefan’s brainwashing as well as the orchid crisis. However, Kristen will claim that she helped Chloe and try to defend her actions.
Yet, that won’t stop Chloe from giving her a piece of her mind. Whatever the case, Kristen plans to devise an exit strategy afterwards. Her life is coming to an end, so she has to get the ball rolling on her escape plan with Rachel as soon as possible.
As John and Brady wait for devastating news regarding Marlena, Brady will apologize to him from the bottom of his heart.
Brady will feel responsible for putting Marlena in danger because of how he handled the situation with Kristen.Similar to Kayla and Kate, Marlena is also about to go through the same fate.
She’s going to die of her illness and meet her friends at the gates of heaven soon. However, John will reassure Brady that he is not to blame, but rather Kristen and Orpheus.

Elsewhere, Li tries to speak up for Gabi, telling Stefan that he doesn’t value such a dedicated woman. Recently, Gabi tried to meet Marlena to ask for help undoing Stefan’s programming.
But Marlena is definitely not in the condition to deal with Gabi’s drama, so he blows out at her for doing such a thing. Right now, Marlena should give her whole attention to her struggle for survival.
As a result, Stefan considers Gabi cruel and self-absorbed, but when Li tries to take her side, he’ll be even more furious. Li just got hit in the face by Stefan, and he will also get his chance, but she certainly won’t be pleased. Despite how hopeless things appear, Gabi won’t give up on her efforts to be together with Stefan.
